Moses built MoFluent around a simple rule: if a team already has tools that work, the system should adapt to them first. That is why the clinic case study kept its legacy scheduler and connected the rest of the operation around it.

Legacy is not a dirty word
Old tools are usually old because they work and the team knows them inside out. We treat the existing stack as a constraint to design around, and we have connected software two decades old to a modern CRM in real time when that was the right call.
Building it is the easy half
Automation that nobody maintains quietly stops working, usually within a month, and usually without anybody noticing until the numbers drop. We build it, then we run it.
