For chiropractors

Chiropractic marketing that books patients, not just clicks

MoFluent builds and runs the system behind a chiropractic clinic: a website that converts, a Google Maps listing that gets found, and automation that answers every call, confirms every visit and asks every happy patient for a review. It connects to Jane, Cliniko, ChiroSoft or the scheduler you already run.

Toronto based. Working with chiropractors across Canada and the United States.

Where new patients get lost

Most clinics do not have a lead problem. They have a leak problem.

A patient in pain searches, finds two or three clinics, and books with whichever one answers first. Here is where chiropractic practices lose them.

01

The call nobody answered

The front desk is checking someone in, the phone rings out, and the caller tries the next clinic on Google Maps. Without missed call text back, you never know it happened.

02

The website that only describes

A page about adjustments does not book anyone. New patients need to see the services, the location, the insurance and direct-billing answers, and a booking button within seconds.

03

The Google Maps listing nobody manages

For "chiropractor near me" searches, the map pack decides who gets the call. Categories, services, photos, posts and a steady flow of reviews move a clinic up. An untouched listing slides down.

04

The no-show and the lapsed patient

Stock reminders help, but they do not rebook the patient who cancelled or re-engage the one who stopped coming after their third visit. That is where most of the revenue sits.

Case study

A North York chiropractic clinic that kept its ChiroSoft scheduler

A Natural Path To Health runs its practice on ChiroSoft, an on-premises scheduler. Instead of asking the team to switch, MoFluent built around it.

  • An hourly sync from the clinic's on-premises ChiroSoft scheduler into a modern CRM, keeping patients and appointments matched
  • Online booking that checks each practitioner's open times and takes family and group bookings
  • A next-day schedule emailed to each practitioner every night
  • Logic that decides which new patients should get the clinic's rebooking reminder
  • A staff dashboard of every booking request that comes in through the website

The 7-Day Clinic Rescue

Our entry offer for clinics, built and managed for you.

  • Missed-call rescue: every unanswered call triggers a text straight back
  • Speed-to-lead: web enquiries get an instant reply
  • A multi-step reminder sequence, beyond stock reminders
  • 24/7 online booking with confirmation
  • Simple reporting the owner can actually read

What good chiropractic marketing looks like in 2026

Chiropractic marketing used to mean a nice website and some ads. That still matters, but the clinics that grow now win on three things that happen after the click: how quickly they respond, how easy they make booking, and how consistently they bring patients back.

Get found where patients look

Most new patients find a clinic through Google, and a large share of those searches show the map pack first. A complete, actively managed Google Business Profile, a steady flow of genuine reviews, and a website with a clear page for each service and condition you treat are the foundation. For a clinic in Toronto or the GTA, that also means making it obvious which neighbourhoods you serve and how to get there.

Answer while the patient is still deciding

Someone with back pain is not going to wait until tomorrow for a callback. Missed call text back, an instant reply to web forms, and an AI receptionist that can answer basic questions after hours all keep the patient with your clinic instead of the next result.

Make booking the easy part

Online booking should take a patient straight to an open slot in your existing system, whether that is Jane, Cliniko, ChiroSoft or an older desktop scheduler. We connect to what you run rather than asking your team to switch.

Bring patients back

Reminders reduce no-shows. Recall messages bring back patients who dropped off a care plan. A review request after a good visit builds the reputation that wins the next search. All of it runs automatically once it is set up.

Stay inside your college's rules

Chiropractors in Ontario follow the College of Chiropractors of Ontario's standard S-016, Communication to the Public, which expects advertising to be accurate, factual and verifiable and sets conditions on testimonials. Other provinces and states have their own rules. We write site copy and review requests with your regulator's current standard in mind and leave the final sign-off with you.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

How much does chiropractic marketing cost?

It depends on what the clinic already has. A clinic with a good website and a managed Google profile may only need follow-up and reminders, while a new clinic may need the full build. We price after a free audit call so you only pay for the parts that fix a real leak.

Do you work with Jane, Cliniko and ChiroSoft?

Yes. Connecting to the scheduler a clinic already uses is the core of what we do, including Jane, Cliniko, ChiroSoft and older desktop systems. Our North York case study clinic runs on an on-premises ChiroSoft install, and we built booking, reporting and reminder logic around it.

Will I have to switch practice management software?

No. We build around the tools your team already trusts. If the system works for your front desk, it stays.

Can you help my clinic rank on Google Maps?

Yes. We set up and manage your Google Business Profile, build the website pages that support it, and run review requests so your listing keeps earning new reviews. Map rankings also depend on distance and competition, so no one can honestly guarantee a position.

Can chiropractors use patient testimonials in their marketing?

It depends on your regulator. In Ontario, the College of Chiropractors of Ontario standard S-016 (Communication to the Public) allows testimonials only under conditions, such as staying within the chiropractic scope of practice. Other provinces and states have their own rules. We build review requests and site copy around your regulator's current standard, and you approve everything before it goes live.

Do you work with chiropractors outside Toronto?

Yes. We are based in Toronto and work with clinics across Canada and in the United States. Everything is set up and managed remotely.
