A custom system built around the scheduler they kept
A Natural Path To Health runs on ChiroSoft, an on-premises scheduler. Every agency they spoke to wanted to replace it. We kept it and built the missing pieces around it. Online booking alone saved the front desk about 10 hours a week.
The problem
The clinic's team knew its scheduler inside out, and moving would have disrupted the whole practice. But the scheduler had no modern online booking, its data was stuck on one machine, and the front desk was doing by hand what software should have done.
What we built
- An hourly sync from the clinic's on-premises ChiroSoft scheduler into a modern CRM, keeping patients and appointments matched
- Online booking that checks each practitioner's open times and takes family and group bookings
- A next-day schedule emailed to each practitioner every night
- Logic that decides which new patients should get the clinic's rebooking reminder
- A staff dashboard of every booking request that comes in through the website
All of it is custom, and it keeps running on top of the scheduler the team already uses.
Building it is the easy half
We still run it
Systems like this need looking after. When a dashboard outage in October 2026 reached the clinic before it reached us, we added an automatic health check every 5 minutes that repairs the problem. Nobody at the clinic has to ask.
What this means for your business
Your old software may be the part that works. If your team trusts a system that doesn't connect to anything, you probably don't need to replace it. You may need custom software around it, as other clinics and growing businesses do. Read how we approach security and data.
